Despite me training either at the gym or playing football 5 times a week before christmas, I didn't feel as fit as I wanted to. In a terribly cliched new years resolution, I decided to buy more healthy foods, expand my cooking repotoire, give up alcohol and increase exercise still further. This has had a great effect so far, and I have felt more energetic, fitter and generally better than I have in a long time. So a lesson has been learnt; perhaps I'm growing up as my years advance still further.
